KYC & Verification Policy

Effective October 1, 2026 · Last updated October 17, 2026

We verify every customer before provisioning a number. This policy explains what we collect, how we review it, and what happens after approval.

1. Why we verify

US numbers are allocated through licensed carriers that are required to know who is using them. Verification protects the integrity of the numbering plan, prevents fraud, and keeps our partners' numbers deliverable. It is a condition of service, not an optional step.

2. What we collect

ItemRequirement
Legal entityCertificate of incorporation, articles of organisation, or equivalent state filing
Tax identificationEIN, or SSN for sole proprietors
Business addressPhysical operating address, consistent with the registration
Authorised contactNamed individual with signing authority, plus a verified email and phone
Use case declarationWritten description of the traffic to be generated: who is called, why, and how consent is obtained
Public presenceWebsite, storefront, or business listing demonstrating a genuine commercial operation
Volume estimateExpected numbers, calls, and messages per month

Additional documentation may be requested for higher volumes, for toll-free numbers, or where the declared use case requires regulated registration.

3. Review process

  1. Submission — documents and use case declaration submitted through the application form or by email.
  2. Review — completed within two business days in most cases. Numbers are not released during review.
  3. Clarification — where information is incomplete or inconsistent, we request specifics once before deciding.
  4. Decision — approval, approval with conditions, or decline, communicated in writing.
  5. Provisioning — credentials and numbers are issued only after approval.

4. Grounds for decline

We decline, and will terminate, accounts associated with: cold calling or lead generation on purchased lists; auto-dialer or predictive-dialer campaigns; pre-recorded or AI-voice robocalling; debt collection without documented consent; government or utility impersonation; tech-support scams; adult content; unlicensed gambling; unregistered securities or investment solicitation; or any campaign that relies on contacting recipients without required consent.

We also decline applications where the declared use case cannot be reconciled with the requested number volume, or where the entity cannot be verified.

5. Ongoing review

6. Records and retention

Verification records are retained for the life of the account plus three years. We maintain a mapping of every number to its assigned account, contact, and declared use case, and can produce the end user behind any specific number on request from an upstream carrier or a regulator.

7. Data handling

Documents are stored encrypted at rest, access is restricted to personnel who require it for review, and data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
