This policy explains what VerveGlobe LLC collects about business customers and their end users, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

1. Scope

This policy applies to our website, our customer console, our API, and the services we provide. It covers the business customers we contract with and, where relevant, the end users of numbers we supply.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — legal entity name, business address, tax ID, contact details, and billing information
• Verification data — incorporation documents, identity documents of authorised contacts, and use case declarations
• Service data — numbers assigned, configurations, call detail records (number, time, duration), message metadata, and delivery events
• Technical data — IP address, API request logs, browser type, and session information
• Communication data — correspondence with our support and compliance teams

We do not listen to or record the content of calls carried over our network. Call detail records contain metadata, not content.

3. How we use information

• To verify identity and assess the declared use case before provisioning
• To provide, configure, and support the services
• To bill correctly and manage prepaid balances
• To monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
• To comply with carrier requirements and legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests
• To improve reliability and detect technical faults

4. Legal bases

We process information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (including carrier and telecommunications regulation), and for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud and abuse. Where consent is required, we ask for it separately.

5. Sharing

• Upstream carriers — number and account information required to provision and maintain numbers, and to investigate abuse
• Service providers — hosting, payment processing, and support tooling, bound by confidentiality obligations
• Legal and regulatory — where required by law, subpoena, or a lawful request from a regulator or law enforcement
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent protection

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

6. Retention

Verification records are retained for the life of the account plus three years. Call detail records and message metadata are retained as required by applicable regulation and for dispute resolution. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role and logged. API credentials are hashed and can be rotated by the account holder. We notify affected customers without undue delay where a breach is likely to result in risk to them.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal a decision. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Requests may be made to vivo@verveglobe.cn; we respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where you are an end user of a number supplied to one of our customers, that customer is the controller of your data. Please contact them first; we assist them in responding.

9. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for session handling and security. We do not deploy advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
